Fundación Odeón operates a heritage 1,100-seat hall in Concordia with a top-tier agenda: nationally-touring artists, ballet, symphonic concerts, lyric cinema and theatre. Every show is a high-sales, high-attention event. They needed to start 2026 with a professional operation from day one: a team working with clear roles on the same platform, reliable numbered seat maps for a hall with boxes and stalls, their own brand identity online, and a support layer able to scale at the pace of sold-outs without overwhelming the team.
The Solution
Their entire operation launched on Fanz in early 2026 at entradas.fundacionodeon.com.ar. The online presence was built with Fanz's website builder (branding, agenda, venue info) and the seat map was designed with the 3D drag-and-drop builder, accurately replicating stalls, pullman and boxes so the audience buys the exact seat they'll occupy. The CRM consolidates database and sales with role-based access (box office, marketing, production, direction). The email module sends thousands of emails per month to segmented audiences, while the chatbot automates first-level support: in the first 4 months it saved 120 hours of human attention and a +7% sales lift was measured, directly attributable to the chatbot guiding users through checkout. The venue is now chaining sold-outs: Gabriel Rolón, Experiencia Queen, Guerreras Doradas, Camerata Rosario, Hernán Piquín, Noelia Pace.
