Element Park runs two high-traffic tourist attractions right next to the Iguazú Falls: the Icebar (a 100% ice bar at -10°C, one of Misiones' most in-demand experiences with more than 11,000 Google reviews) and the Fly Park (aerial adventure park). Welcoming thousands of visitors per day — mostly international tourists with multilingual queries — staggered schedules and cross combinations between attractions, demanded a fully digital operation without losing agility: own brand online, support able to scale without hiring 10 more people, and a checkout that turns each purchase into an opportunity to add the other attraction.

The Solution

Element Park digitised its full operation on Fanz at elementpark.com.ar, with a custom website built using the drag-and-drop website builder (own branding, dedicated sections for Icebar and Fly Park, map, FAQs and contact). The chatbot automates over 200 monthly hours of customer service — questions about schedules, directions, age limits and what each experience includes — freeing up the team and delivering a measured +6% sales lift by guiding users to checkout. At checkout, cross-sell upsells run with dynamic real-time promotions: Icebar buyers see the combined offer with Fly Park (and vice versa), driving an additional +6% in sales. The whole operation combines both attractions into a single database, a single box office and a single brand identity.
