Gorriti Art Center is the multi-venue where Palermo Hollywood goes out at night — and the home where SEX was born, Muscari's phenomenon seen by 300,000 people, which after every tour comes back, as they put it, "to the place that saw us born." There are no theater seats here: there are dinner tables and cocktails, and a room that lives several lives per night — the dinner show at 8:30 pm, the 1 am late-night of La Bumm, After Apps or Esperanto, and corporate events on weekdays. Yet the whole night was sold through Alternativa Teatral, a portal built for listing plays: it could list the show, but not sell the table for four with dinner, nor the late-night ticket, nor tell the theatergoer from the one arriving to dance at 2 am.
